Changing your voicemail PIN

Step one open a browser and go to

Enter your name and password

On the opening page find the Gear

at the right of your name and

select it and then choose Options.

This will open the account page.

At the left side, choose Phone.

This is the area that controls your voicemail box.

Slide the bar at the right side down until you see the reset PIN area.


Choose the reset PIN and the exchange server will send you an email with your new PIN number.


Note:  when you enter the PIN number on the phone you will be told that it has expired and needs to be changed. You will need to put a number of your choice in as the “New” PIN number. Any number except in this case 8209.
